Sacramento GreenCycle is a local garden refuse processing project being developed in the County of Sacramento by the Sacramento Regional Solid Waste Authority (SWA), a joint powers authority that regulates and coordinates regional waste management matters among its member agencies in the SWA region.


Member agencies of the SWA are the City of Sacramento and the unincorporated areas of Sacramento County.
