About the SWA

The Sacramento Regional Solid Waste Authority (SWA) is a joint powers authority of the City of Citrus Heights, the City of Sacramento and the unincorporated area of Sacramento County. The SWA Board members are elected officials from each jurisdiction.

SWA meetings are scheduled 10 times per year at the following location:
